Information Centrum For Women 50+ is a daily multivitamin formulated for women aged over 50 years to support bone health, post menopausal health, vitality and immunity. The benefits of this these tablets are: Vitality: B group vitamins including Folic Acid to support daily vitality. Post Menopausal Health: Increased levels (as compared to Centrum Advance 50+) of Iron, Calcium and Vitamin D to support post menopausal health. Immunity: With key antioxidants such as Vitamins A, C & E, Betacarotene, Selenium and Zinc to help support immune function. Bone Health: Increased levels (as compared to Centrum Advance 50+) of Calcium and Vitamin D to help maintain healthy bones. Warnings Store below 25°C. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
