Stress symptom relief: Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of stress.

Antispasmodic: Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as an antispasmodic.

You can expect a slightly bitter taste, which is typical of herbal extracts and all of their goodness.
Complemented with natural peppermint oil.

Adult dosage

Using the measured dropper take 2.25 mL daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or diluted in 30 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use.

Each 2.25 mL contains:

– Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. liquid 2ml
– Derived from dry —– 2g
