TOM Organic Steriliser\u003cbr\u003e2. Stovetop: You can sterilise your cup by boiling it in water on the stove for 4-5 minutes. You need to make sure the cup does not touch the bottom of the pan - use tongs if necessary to keep it in place. Do not leave the stove unattended while the cup is being sterilised.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFolding your Cup for insertion:\u003cbr\u003eFolding your Cup - 2 recommended types of folds:\u003cbr\u003e1. The C Fold: Fold your Period Cup into a C shape by placing your thumb and middle fingers on the intuitive grips, pushing them together, then bending the cup edges together to form a C shape.\u003cbr\u003e2. Punch Down Fold: Using your index finger, press down on the rim of your Period Cup to collapse the rim in towards the cup case, creating a triangle.\u003cbr\u003eInserting your Cup:\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou can insert your Period Cup in a sitting, squatting or standing position with one leg raised. With your folded cup in one hand, gently separate the labia with your free hand. Insert your cup slowly, rim first into your vagina. Get comfortable: sitting, squatting or standing with one leg up. Gently separate your labia with your fingers. Use the stem as a guide to reach your cup. Using your thumb and middle finger find the intuitive grips on your Period Cup, squeeze them together to release the seal, gently start to pull the cup out, wiggling it side to side if necessary. (Do not pull on the stem as this will create suction and make it harder to remove the cup). Once you've removed your cup empty it into the toilet or sink.
