Size: 300g per baking mix
(makes 14 mini donuts or 7 jumbo donuts).

Ingredients

Almond Meal, Gluten Free Flour Mix (Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Soy Flour), Erythritol, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk, Stevia, Natural Flavours), Polydextrose, Whole Egg Powder, White Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Milk Solids, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Natural Flavours), Raising Agents (450, 500), Natural Vanilla Flavour, Salt.

PREPARE: Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius and lightly spray the baking pan.


MIX: In a mixing bowl, mix the donut dry mix, yogurt* and milk* until well combined.


BAKE: Pour mixture into donut baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Allow to cool down for 10 minutes before removing from baking pan.
