Information Spatone® liquid iron – apple® contains naturally occurring, iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales with added apple concentrate. Iron helps support a healthy immune system and maintain energy levels. The benefits of this product include: Delicious apple flavour. Gentle on the stomach and easily absorbed. Convenient to use, daily dose sachets. Suitable for all the family (aged 2+) including pregnant women. Warnings Do not exceed recommended use. If pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult with your doctor or midwife before taking Spatone®. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions and ingredients How To Use Adults & Children over 2 years: Take one sachet daily. Pregnant Women: Take two sachets daily. To use, simply take it straight from the sachet or dilute it in juice high in vitamin C to increase iron absorption. To get the most out of Spatone, it is advised to take on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow a 30-45 minute gap before eating or drinking.
