Directions and ingredients Always follow the label. Brush twice daily and not more than three times, minimise swallowing and spit out. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. For children under 12, see your dentist before use. If you experience swelling of the mouth or face, stop using and talk to your dentist or doctor. Get a regular dental check-up and speak to your dentist about other ways to minimise the effects of acid wear.
