General Information

Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails ONE-A-DAY Multi-Nutrient Tablets contain colloidal mineral silica, biotin, zinc and selenium in a convenient, once daily supplement. Silicon supports bone integrity, assists connective tissue production and together with biotin and zinc, supports the health of your skin, hair and nails. Selenium and zinc help reduce free radical damage to body cells.

Warnings

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health professional before taking this product.

Directions

Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food.
