Information Femaren is made with black cohosh used traditionally in Western herbal medicine for the relief of menopausal symptoms plus dong quai, vitex and other herbs. Black cohosh relieves a wide range of menopausal symptoms including hot flushes, irritability, mood swingsdisturbed sleep and mild rheumatic aches and pains based on its traditional use in Western herbal medicine. As well as being used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to reduce menopausal symptoms, dong quai is a blood tonic that’s traditionally used to invigorate Jing (also known as kidney essence).
