Ingredients

Skimmed Milk Powder (28%), Milk Proteins [Calcium Caseinate (15%), Sodium Caseinate (7%)], Tomato (12%), Maltodextrin (Corn), Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Minerals (Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Tricalcium Phosphate, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Sulphate, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Sulphate, Chromium Chloride, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Fluoride), Sugar, Beetroot Juice Concentrate, Glucose Syrup (Corn, Wheat or Potato), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Fish Oil, Vegetable Gum (415), Parsley, Stabiliser (466), Emulsifiers (472c, Soy Lecithin, 471), Vitamins (Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin A Acetate, Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Ascorbic Acid, Cholecalciferol, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Cyanocobalamin, Phylloquinone, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Biotin), Colour (100), Flavours (Wheat), Antioxidants (304, 307).

Directions

Add one sachet of OPTIFAST VLCD to 200-250mL of hot (not boiling) water. Stir to dissolve.

Alternatively, add one sachet to 200-250mL cold water, stir vigorously, cover and microwave on high for one minute or gently heat on the stove whilst stirring. Do not boil. Note: Follow preparation instructions. Discard any unfinished product that has been heated.
