Directions and ingredients How To Use Adults and children over 12 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1-2 tablets daily. Children 4-11 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet daily. For colds at onset of symptoms (in adults): Chew 2 tablets each hour for the first 6 hours - do not exceed 12 tablets on the first day. On the second day, chew 2 tablets 3 times every day until symptoms subside, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water. Contains lactose and sugars.
