You will need

3 eggs

150g cold butter

Method:

Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20 cm x 20 cm baking tray with baking paper. 

Tip the contents of the packet into a mixing bowl.

Melt butter and then mix it into the mixture. Add eggs and pour into the tin. Bake, cool and slice into 16 squares.
