Information In Essence's ie Stress Essential Oil Blend is a comforting blend of 100% pure Orange, Mandarin, Geranium, Patchouli & Bergamot essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress including nervous tension, sleeplessness, headache, mild neuralgia & fatigue. Warnings It’s not recommended to use Stress for infants. Stress is not recommended for topical use during pregnancy. Pure essential oils should not be ingested unless prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.

Directions and ingredients How To Use Diffuse: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and Massage.
