Information In Essence ie Focus & Memory Essential Oil Blend is a motivating blend of 100% pure Lemon, Sweet Basil, Cedarwood, Rosemary, Grapefruit & Australian Sandalwood essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to reduce symptoms of stress & relieve irritability. Sweet Basil, Cedarwood & Rosemary have been used especially to help support mental concentration, memory recall, focus & clarity. Warnings Adults only. Always read the label. Use only as directed. Directions and ingredients How To Use Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
