Directions and ingredients lberogast is taken 3 times a day before or with meals. May be mixed with your favourite drink (warm water is recommended).
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 20 drops (1.0 mL).
Children 6 to 12 years: Give 15 drops (0.75 mL).
Children 3 to 6 years: Give 10 drops (0.5 mL).
Children 3 months to 3 years: Give 8 drops (0.4 mL).
Children under 3 months: Give 6 drops (0.3 mL).

1 mL (20 drops) contain: lberis amara (bitter candy tuft) equiv fresh whole plant 75.0 mg, Angelica archangelica equiv dry root 33.3 mg, Metricaria chamomilla (chamomile) equiv dry flower head 66.7 mg, Carum carvi (caraway) equiv dry fruit 33.3 mg, Silybum marianum (St. Mary's thistle) equiv dry fruit 33.3 mg, Melissa Officinalis (balm leaf) equiv dry leaf 33.3 mg, Mentha x piperita (peppermint) equiv dry leaf 16.7 mg, Chelidonium majus (celandine) equiv dry herb 33.3 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) equiv dry root 33.3 mg.
