Description
Relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.

Directions and ingredients 1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water.
2. Empty contents of 1 sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
3. For children under 12 years, test temperature on your wrist before feeding. It should feel lukewarm, not hot. Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately.
4. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
5. Discard unused solution after 1 hour.
Dosage: <12 months: 1-2 sachets in first 6hrs. 1-3 yrs: 2-3 sachets in first 6 hrs. 3-6 yrs: 3-4 sachets in first 6 hrs. 6-12yrs: 4-7 sachets in first 6 hrs. 12-Adult: 7-10 sachets in first 6 hrs.
