Description
Genuine soft Plastazote® is a proven material providing excellent memory impression and impact absorption. Helps to evenly distribute pressure reducing friction. Cushions and protects entire plantar surface. Moulds to the shape of your foot using your own body heat.

Directions and ingredients
  1. For optimum comfort trim one size larger than shoe size.
  2. Test fit, trim again if needed.
  3. Trim sides and back of insole as required to fit.
  4. Slowly prepare your insoles for use by wearing a few hours each day.
  5. This allows the insole to gently mould to your foot's shape creating a perfect, even fit.
  6. Wash in warm soapy water, rinse, then dry naturally away from heat.
