Directions and ingredients How To Use FLO Travel may be used before, during and after travel.Use FLO Travel 3 times per day or more often if required to relieve nasal dryness and crusting:Adults and Children over 12 years: Insert up to 2 squirts per nostrilChildren over 2 years: Insert up to 5 squirts per nostrilFirst time use: Remove the protective cap and prime the pump by depressing the round flange several times until the first spray is seen. Place nozzle into one nostril (with the tip pointing towards the top of the ear on the same side of the head) and insert the required dose while breathing in through the nose. Repeat for other nostril. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace protective cap after use. Store the product out of sight and reach of children.Refer to product leaflet for more information.
