Information Flo Nasal Mist is a continuous nasal spray which helps clear nasal congestion from colds, hayfever, allergies and sinusitis. The benefits of this spray include: Easy to administer dose of solution with touch button. Assists in clearing nasal congestion. Warnings Pressurised container: May burst if heated. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions and ingredients How To Use This product can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.Please read the product leaflet carefully before use. With head held erect and looking forward hold the device as shown in the diagrams on the carton.1. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and angle it so that it aims towards the bottom of the ear lobe on the same side of the head.2. Depress the touch button with your index finger and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose.3. Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose to clear excess fluid and mucus.4. Repeat for the other nostril.5. After use wash nozzle in soapy water then rinse with hot water and dry with a clean tissue. Replace outer cap.
