Directions and ingredients PRO TIP: Apply your favourite skin creams or lotions (if desired) to the roller head and then roll on skin.
Roller head use:

• For Face: Press the roller head gently onto your skin and roll in a single, smooth stroke, upward and outward from the centre of your face/neck toward your hairline or outer region of your face/neck.
• For Body: Press the roller head gently onto your desired body part and roll the head in a single stroke, back and forth, starting from the top and rolling to the bottom.
• You should roll over a single area three to four times before moving to the next area.

After each use be sure to wipe down with a warm, wet cloth and soap. To dry, wipe with a soft cloth and then place the head back in the freeze.
