Directions

To prepare a 237mL drink, put 200mL of cold water in a glass. Gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed in can) or 51.3g of Ensure Neutral, while stirring and mix until dissolved.

Suggested 2 serves of Ensure Neutral daily.
