Information Centrum Advance For Adults multivitamin and minerals are complete from A to Zinc and support healthy skin, muscle function, energy and immunity. The benefits of these tablets are: Energy- With B vitamins and folic acid to support energy. Healthy Skin- With vitamin A, vitamin C and biotin to maintain healthy skin. Immunity- With antioxidants such as vitamins A, C & E, betacarotene, selenium, and zinc to support immune system function. Muscle Health- Contains vitamin D to support muscle health. Warnings Store below 25°C. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. WARNING: When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
