Directions and ingredients How To Use For You  Calming: Place a few drops onto pillow or tissue.  Relaxation: Dab directly onto temples. Or, add 3 capfuls to bath water.  For your home  Cleaning: Add 50mL to 1L of warm water and wipe surfaces. Ideal for bathroom, nursery and bedrooms.  Laundry: Add 3 capfuls to washing for fresh and fragrant linen and towels.  Antibacterial: To remove household germs apply directly to surfaces and allow to dry.
