INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Insert foot into loop(A). Hold strap and wrap behind ankle(B).
• Cross over top of ankle, and continue under foot and back up over ankle in a figure-8 configuration(C).
• Do this until the end of strap(D).
• Now firmly secure the end of strap using the hook segment(E).
• Slip foot into shoe and close laces.
• May be worn directly over skin or with a sock.
• Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation.
• May be applied to left or right ankle.
