Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, Biotin (vitamin H) 50 micrograms,
Choline bitartrate 50 mg, Inositol 50 mg, Folic acid 300 micrograms.

Night Formula (Valerian Forte):
Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 400 mg, equiv. dry root and rhizome 2 g (2000 mg) std. to contain: valerenic acids 3.2 mg.

Directions

Adults - Day Tablet (Mega B Complex): Take 1 tablet once a day. Take it with food.
